  3. 付款

  4. 取消預訂

    • 若需取消，請至少在入住前3天通知以避免收取費用

    • 臨時取消或未入住可能需支付取消費，依 Pan’s Farm 規定

  5. 入住人數

    • 入住人數不得超過各房型的最大容納人數

  6. 責任限制

    • Pan’s Farm 不對入住期間個人財物遺失或損壞負責

    • 您的個人資料僅用於處理預訂，不會與第三方共享

เงื่อนไขการจอง

โดยการส่งแบบฟอร์มการจองนี้ ท่านตกลงยอมรับเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้

  1. การยืนยันการจอง

    • การจองทั้งหมดถือเป็นการจองเบื้องต้น จนกว่าจะได้รับการยืนยันจาก Pan’s Farm ทางอีเมลหรือโทรศัพท์

  2. การเช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์

    • เวลาลงทะเบียนเข้าพัก (เช็คอิน): ตั้งแต่เวลา 14:00 น.

    • เวลาลงทะเบียนออก (เช็คเอาท์): ไม่เกินเวลา 11:00 น.

  3. การชำระเงิน

    • การชำระเงินจะดำเนินการในวันเช็คอิน เว้นแต่จะมีการตกลงล่วงหน้าเป็นกรณีพิเศษ

  4. การยกเลิกการจอง

    • กรุณายกเลิกอย่างน้อย 3 วันก่อนวันเข้าพักเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงค่าธรรมเนียม

    • การยกเลิกในระยะเวลาอันใกล้หรือไม่เข้าพักตามกำหนด อาจมีค่าธรรมเนียมตามที่ Pan’s Farm กำหนด

  5. จำนวนผู้เข้าพัก

    • จำนวนผู้เข้าพักต้องไม่เกินกำหนดสูงสุดของห้องพักแต่ละประเภท

  6. ความรับผิดชอบ

    • Pan’s Farm จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความสูญหายหรือความเสียหายของทรัพย์สินส่วนบุคคลระหว่างการเข้าพัก

  7. ความเป็นส่วนตัว

    • ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจะถูกใช้เฉพาะเพื่อดำเนินการจอง และจะไม่เปิดเผยต่อบุคคลที่สาม

Terms & Conditions of Booking

By submitting this booking form, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Booking Confirmation

    • All bookings are considered provisional until confirmed by Pan’s Farm via email or phone.

  2. Check-in & Check-out

    • Check-in time: from 2:00 PM

    • Check-out time: until 11:00 AM

  3. Payment

    • Payment will be completed upon check-in unless otherwise arranged in advance.

  4. Cancellations

    • Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the arrival date to avoid charges.

    • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as determined by Pan’s Farm.

  5. Guests

    • The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy for each room type.

  6. Liability

    • Pan’s Farm is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

  7. Privacy

    • Your personal data will be used solely for processing your booking and will not be shared with third parties.
